Abstract

Urbanization and limited land availability have increased the demand for properly planned memorial parks that comply with health and zoning regulations. Modern memorial parks are no longer only burial grounds but also serve as landscaped spaces for remembrance and community engagement. Globally, cemeteries are shifting toward professionally managed memorial parks with pre-need sales and digital marketing strategies. A descriptive qualitative design was used involving stakeholders, clients, and visitors. Data were collected through interviews, FGDs, surveys, observations, and document analysis. Instruments were validated by experts. Thematic and comparative analysis were used. Ethical standards including informed consent and Data Privacy Act compliance were observed. Five themes emerged: personalization, environmental sustainability, technology adoption, community engagement, and affordability. Respondents preferred customized services, eco-friendly practices, digital access and transparent pricing. Memorial parks are also viewed as spaces for emotional and social support. Affordability and flexible payment schemes strongly influence decisions. Consumers prioritize accessibility, services, reputation, and cost. There is increasing demand for eco-friendly and technology-driven services. Effective marketing requires digital engagement, personalized offerings, and strong customer relationships. Continuous innovation and market monitoring are recommended for sustainability.
