With the emergence and growth of digital payment transactions, convenience stores such as 7-Eleven have started implementing more cashless transactions to increase efficiency, minimize the use of physical currency, and provide a more enhanced customer experience. This study, “Cashless Transaction of 7-Eleven at Susano Novaliches, Quezon City on Customer Satisfaction: Basis for Intervention Framework,” this study was conducted to determine the demographic profile of the respondents, to assess and measure the level of satisfaction based on performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions, and to determine the challenges experienced in using cashless transactions.

Effects of Inclement Weather on the Sales Performance of Relaxante Spa

Weather significantly affects customer attendance and sales at Relaxante Spa’s Regalado, Talipapa, and Commonwealth branches in Quezon City. In good weather, weekly revenues range from PHP 30,000 to PHP 50,000. During the rainy and typhoon seasons, earnings drop to PHP 15,000–PHP 25,000 due to flooding, transport issues, and safety concerns, leading to fewer walk-ins and more cancellations. While cooler weather may increase interest in relaxation services, severe conditions restrict mobility, resulting in fluctuating revenue, unstable demand, and underutilized staff since the spa relies heavily on in-person visits.

This study examined the relationship between the Bring Your Own Bag (BYOB) policy and the brand image of retail stores in Barangay Sauyo, Novaliches, and Quezon City. Increasing environmental awareness is associated with greater consumer support for businesses practicing sustainability. Retail stores have adopted green marketing strategies, including BYOB, to reduce plastic waste and promote responsible consumption. The study aimed to determine the relationship between BYOB policy implementation and brand image, including consumer awareness, response, and challenges.

This study explores the effectiveness of celebrity endorsements on consumer buying decision in the beauty and cosmetics industry, a field characterized by intense competition and the need for brand loyalty. A study conducted by Jun et al. (2023) addressed that celebrity endorsement marketing has been on the rise globally, and numerous firms devout multi-million budgets to celebrity endorsement annually to leverage brand association by collaborating with celebrities who are well-known or possess a desirable positive image. Beauty companies frequently rely on celebrity endorsements as a marketing strategy to influence purchasing behavior, based on the perception that celebrities embody credibility, attractiveness, and influence. Despite this, questions remain regarding the authenticity of such endorsements and whether they genuinely build consumer trust, especially amid concerns about misleading promotions, unsustainable ingredients, and pro-driven advertising practices.

As platform-based work expands in the Philippines, virtual assistance has become a key source of flexible employment. However, limited local research explores the relationship between innovation practices and job quality. Anchored on Ben Ramdani’s (2019) Business Model Innovation framework and Hackman and Oldham’s (1975) Job Characteristics Model, the study investigates how innovation behaviors relate to job quality and how demographic and work-related factors are associated with these variables.
