These reactions are typically escalated by emotional distress caused by traffic delays. A recent incident involving two jeepney drivers engaged in a violent altercation highlights the serious consequences of unchecked road aggression. This study aims to examine the factors influencing road rage incidents in North Caloocan City and to provide insights that may inform improvements in urban planning, traffic management, and public safety.

Crime remains a critical issue in many urban areas, impacting not only public safety but also the emotional and psychological well-being of residents. In Barangay 181, Caloocan City—a community grappling with ongoing security concerns—exposure to crime often leads to heightened levels of fear, chronic anxiety, and social withdrawal. This study investigates the emotional and psychological impact of crime on residents, emphasizing manifestations such as depression, anxiety disorders, social isolation, diminished interpersonal trust, and adverse physical health outcomes. The research seeks to understand how persistent crime shapes daily life and mental health in vulnerable urban communities.

This study explores alternative solutions to crime prevention and justice implementation in Barangay San Agustin, Novaliches, Quezon City. With growing recognition that traditional policing methods are no longer sufficient, the research emphasizes the importance of adopting adaptive strategies. These include fostering stronger community engagement and utilizing modern technological advancements to enhance the overall effectiveness of crime prevention efforts.

The Philippine National Police (PNP) continues to implement initiatives aimed at maintaining peace and order throughout the country. One of these programs is "Oplan Galugad," a targeted anti-crime campaign designed to address illegal activities such as drug trafficking, illegal firearm possession, public drinking, illegal gambling, and the apprehension of wanted individuals. This operation typically involves coordinated raids, intensified patrols, and active community engagement to enhance public safety. In Barangay 170, Caloocan City, the Hillcrest Police Sub-Station 8 recorded a total of 238 apprehensions in 2024 related to these violations. This study evaluates the effectiveness of Oplan Galugad as implemented in the said locality.

Social media has emerged as a transformative tool in promoting public safety and raising awareness on crime prevention. This study evaluates the effectiveness of social media in crime prevention efforts within Barangay Commonwealth, Quezon City. It specifically assesses the impact of social media in terms of online engagement, community awareness, crime rate trends, and the role of law enforcement personnel. Furthermore, it identifies the challenges encountered in leveraging social media for crime prevention and proposes appropriate interventions.
